夸西•格贝齐克•罗密欧•德卡尔 (Kouassi Gbezike Romeo Descar) 少校是联合国马里多层面综合稳定团（马里稳定团）在廷巴克图的科特迪瓦战斗营的副指挥官。他所在的部队由650名男女维和人员组成，致力于应对实地威胁。
